1. Regularly inspect and replace the filter element in a timely manner to prevent particle contamination of the reverse osmosis membrane of large purified water equipment caused by leakage of the filter element due to installation or quality issues.
2. Regular backwashing of mechanical filters in large purified water equipment. During backwashing, compressed air gas friction should be carried out. After the backwashing is qualified, it should be allowed to stand for about 10 minutes before washing. Only after the washing water is qualified can it be put into use, and air should not be brought into the reverse osmosis membrane.
3. The inlet pressure of the high-pressure pump should be at least greater than 0.05MPa to prevent air or trapped substances in front of the filter from being pumped into the reverse osmosis membrane of large purified water equipment by the high-pressure pump. To ensure the long-term, safe, and stable operation of large-scale purified water equipment, it is necessary to do a good job in the management of large-scale purified water equipment, timely detect changes in operating parameters, and adjust the operating conditions of the equipment.
4. Regularly conduct laboratory analysis on the water quality produced by large-scale purified water treatment equipment, and adjust the dosage of flocculants, fungicides, reducing agents, and scale inhibitors in a timely manner according to the actual situation.
5. When the water production of standardized large-scale purified water equipment reverse osmosis equipment decreases by 10% compared to the initial use state, or the salt content of the produced water significantly increases under specific conditions, or the pressure difference increases by 15, the reverse osmosis membrane should be cleaned in a timely manner.
6. The reverse osmosis membrane of large-scale purified water treatment equipment that has been discontinued should be regularly flushed at low pressure, especially in summer, and should be flushed once per shift. If the shutdown time is greater than 7 days, 0.5-1 sodium bisulfite or 0.5-1 formaldehyde solution should be used to protect the reverse osmosis membrane of large purified water equipment. And the pH value and concentration of the protective solution should be tested in a timely manner.
7. The concentrated water volume should be adjusted in a timely manner to maintain a recovery rate of around 75. It should not cause the concentration of slightly soluble salts in the concentrated water to exceed the solubility product and form scale, nor waste water, which should achieve economic operation.
Precautions for operation and maintenance of water treatment equipment:
1. During the normal operation of all pre-treatment systems, the valves should be strictly operated in accordance with the instructions in the technical data manual. The concentrated water regulating valve on the reverse osmosis host should be ensured to be in a normally open state, fully ensuring the concentrated water flow rate!
2. Non professional personnel are not allowed to adjust all valves on the reverse osmosis host system after the water quality is qualified after debugging! If necessary, it is necessary to receive guidance from the manufacturer of purified water treatment equipment.
3. Prohibit foreign objects, pollutants, and oxidants from entering the system!
